Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cups pumpkin, peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 onions, cut in cubes
  • 1 Red chili pepper, without seeds and cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cubes chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • white pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1/2 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%

Preparation

Heat the butter, add the onion and fry until the onion is translucent. Add pumpkin and potatoes. Mix well and add 2 cups of water.
Let it simmer for about 30 minutes and then blend the soup.
Add 2 cups of water, cubes of chicken broth, chili, thyme and white pepper.
Return to the pot and cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve with a spoonful of Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%.
