3/4 kilos spinach
1 can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
salt
pepper
pieces of bread, cut into small cubes, fried

Remove the stems from the spinach, wash it, and grind it.
Put butter in a saucepan, when it melts, pour the ground spinach on top, adding a little water, season with salt and pepper.
Let it boil until cooked.
Then add evaporated milk without letting it boil.
Serve with the fried bread cubes.
