Spinach Soup with Milk

Delicious and traditional spinach soup, this soup will delight your children and is a good choice for everyday meals.

  • 3/4 kilos spinach
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pieces of bread, cut into small cubes, fried

  • Remove the stems from the spinach, wash it, and grind it.
  • Put butter in a saucepan, when it melts, pour the ground spinach on top, adding a little water, season with salt and pepper.
  • Let it boil until cooked.
  • Then add evaporated milk without letting it boil.
  • Serve with the fried bread cubes.
