Vegetable Soup with Chicken and Turkey Sausage

  • 3 pumpkins, long cut into wheels
  • 3 leaves spinach, large, cut into strips, washed and sanitized
  • 2 carrots, large cut into small strips
  • 2 turkey sausage, cut into wheels
  • 3 leaves white cabbage, large, cut into strips
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 tomato, big
  • olive oil, sufficient quantity
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • water, hot, quantity needed
  • 1 pinch fresh cilantro

  • In a large pot, put all the vegetables, except the onion and tomato, cover with the hot water and put on the fire.
  • In the blender we will crush the onion and tomato with a little water.
  • When the vegetables are boiling we will add the contents of the blender, the garlic, the consommé, the coriander, the salt, the pepper and the drizzle of olive oil.
  • When all the preparation of our pot is going, we will add the sausages and the cooked chicken, let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes and remove from the heat.
