3 leaves spinach, large, cut into strips, washed and disinfected

In a large pot, place all the vegetables, except for the onion and tomato, cover them with hot water, and place on the heat.
In the blender, blend the onion and tomato with a little water.
When the vegetables are boiling, we will add the contents of the blender, the garlic, the broth, the cilantro, the salt, the pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
When everything in our pot is boiling, we will add the sausages and the cooked chicken, let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes, and remove from the heat.
