Preparation
In a large pot put all the vegetables, except the onion and tomato, cover with hot water and put on the fire.
In the blender, grind the onion and tomato with a little water.
When the vegetables are boiling, add the contents of the blender, the garlic, the consome, the coriander, the salt, the pepper and the drizzle of olive oil.
When all the preparation of our pot is going to add the sausages and the cooked chicken, we let cook for 10 to 15 minutes and remove from the heat.
