100 grams spinach, chopped
50 grams carrot, chopped
50 grams fresh herbs, your preference
1 hoja santa
100 grams nopal, chopped
50 grams potato, chopped
50 grams onion, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
100 grams celery, chopped
Preparation

Heat a pot with a little oil and add the vegetables.
Sauté the vegetables and add the chicken broth.
Add salt and let it boil for approximately 20 minutes.
Add the eggs without the shell to the soup.
Serve hot.
