A delicious soup for any occasion, try this recipe for zucchini flower soup made with Greek-style yoghurt that gives it a very special touch you can't miss.
Heat the olive oil in the pot where the soup will be prepared. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Then add the garlic and zucchini flowers and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
In a blender, blend the soup in small batches, strain it, and return it to the pot. Add FAGE Total 0% Greek Style Yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
The tortillas are cut into strips and fried with the remaining oil.
Serve the soup and garnish with the tortilla strips.
