  • 4 tablespoons Extra Special® 4 pepper blend
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 2 packages meat
  • 1 bag oregano, whole
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 1 liter water

  • We will open a can of corn kernels and rinse them.
  • Then you need to put them in a pressure cooker, ensuring that the pot is clean.
  • Next, in the pot, add a head of garlic and half an onion.
  • Rinse the meat you are going to add, preferably pork cubes, and add them to the pot.
  • Then pour water into the pot.
  • Add a handful of oregano (what you can grab with 4 fingers in a bunch).
  • Wait for it to boil and season with 4 teaspoons of seasoning.
