Zucchini and Corn Soup

Start meal time with a delicious zucchini and corn soup, a soup full of flavor and, above all, very healthy.

  • 2 cubes Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
  • 3 zucchinis, diced
  • 2/3 cups corn kernels, clean
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch
  • 6 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 4 cups water

  • In a medium pot, melt the margarine Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the corn and mix well. Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking or burning.
  • Pour in 3 1/2 cups of water and add the Knorr® Tomato Seasoning cubes, dissolving them well. Increase the heat and cover to bring to a boil.
  • Once the soup has boiled, add the zucchini and mix it well into the soup. Dissolve the Maizena® cornstarch in the remaining half cup of water, pour it into the soup, and mix it in. Let it boil for three minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
