Ingredients: 2 cubes Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon; 3 zucchinis, diced; 2/3 cups corn kernels, clean; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch; 6 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine; 4 cups water

In a medium pot, melt the margarine Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the corn and mix well. Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking or burning. Pour in 3 1/2 cups of water and add the Knorr® Tomato Seasoning cubes, dissolving them well. Increase the heat and cover to bring to a boil.
