Blend at maximum speed the tomato, ancho chili, guajillo chili, garlic, onion, and chicken broth, season with salt and pepper. Reserve
In a casserole over medium heat, pour the oil and, when it is hot, add the noodle; cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until it changes color. Then add what you blended earlier along with the tomato puree and mix perfectly.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium-low heat until the liquid has been reduced. Remove from heat and taste to see if you like the seasoning.
Serve in a casserole, decorate with avocado, onion, and sprinkle cheese. Enjoy with the refreshing Del Valle Frut ® Citrus.
