Constipation is a very common problem and can be quite annoying; that’s why I’m sharing my tip on how to make a juice to avoid constipation.

For this juice, you will need the following ingredients: • A handful of spinach • Parsley • One tablespoon of chia seeds • One tablespoon of wheat germ or flaxseed • ½ cup of pineapple • A juice of grapefruit or orange • ¼ ginger • A small piece of aloe vera without the skin.

Place the chopped pineapple in the blender.

Add the orange or grapefruit juice.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.

If you want, add a little honey to sweeten. Drink immediately.
