For this juice, you will need the following ingredients:
• A handful of spinach
• Parsley
• One tablespoon of chia seeds
• One tablespoon of wheat germ or flaxseed
• ½ cup of pineapple
• A juice of grapefruit or orange
• ¼ ginger
• A small piece of aloe vera without the skin.
