Ice cream bites are a delicious, easy dessert that is perfect when you want to prepare something tasty and don’t have much time to cook. Here we present three versions of cookie and ice cream bites, with colored sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, and shredded coconut.

With a spoon, scoop out a ball of ice cream; you can use your favorite flavor. You can use a delicious peach ice cream.

Place the ball of ice cream on top of a cookie, making sure the ice cream is centered on the cookie and does not spill over the edges.
