To separate the egg white from the yolk, crack the egg.

In the middle of the shell, place the yolk, allowing the white to fall into a container while the yolk remains in the shell.

Done, now use only the part of the egg you need. Store the other part in the refrigerator in a covered container for use in another recipe.
