For this preparation, you will only need garlic and olive oil.

Peel a head of garlic.

Place the garlic in a pan and cover with olive oil.

Sauté over low heat until the garlic changes slightly in color (about 10 minutes).

Pour the garlic into a glass jar, cover, and wait for it to cool.

Store in the refrigerator or freezer and use when needed. Additionally, you can use the flavored oil for other preparations.
