Place a small pot on the stove with enough water to cover one to three tomatoes. (Do not put more than three tomatoes at a time because they should not stay in the boiling water for too long).

Make a couple of small incisions in the base of the tomatoes to form a cross.

Prepare a bowl with cold water and a slotted spoon.

Put the tomatoes in the pot with boiling water and count for one minute.

With a slotted spoon, remove them from the boiling water and place them in cold water for another minute.

After that, it will be very easy to peel the tomatoes.
