For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:• 190 g of Philadelphia® Cream Cheese• 6 tbsp. of crushed Ritz® crackers• 250 g of ground beef• 250 g of ground pork• Salt and pepper to taste• 1 clove of garlic finely chopped• 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion• 1 piece of eggSauce:• 2 tbsp. of oil• 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion• 4 large roasted and blended tomatoes• 2 canned chipotles in adobo• 2 tbsp. of chicken broth powder• 1 sprig of parsley• 1 cup of chicken broth or water• Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the meats and season with salt and pepper. Add the onion.
