• 6 tbsp. of crushed Ritz® crackers
• 250 g of ground beef
• 250 g of ground pork
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
• 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
• 1 piece of egg

Sauce:
• 2 tbsp. of oil
• 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
• 4 large roasted and blended tomatoes
• 2 canned chipotles in adobo
• 2 tbsp. of chicken broth powder
• 1 sprig of parsley
• 1 cup of chicken broth or water
• Salt and pepper to taste
