Carajillo de Café de Olla

  • 2 cups coffee, for the pot coffee
  • 2 tablespoons piloncillo, for the pot coffee
  • cinnamon, for the pot coffee
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 4 ounces coffee, of pot, (previously prepared)
  • 2 ounces Licor 43
  • ice cubes
  • cinnamon

  • In a pot, heat the coffee, piloncillo, and cinnamon and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.
  • Add to a drink mixer, add 4 ounces of pot coffee, Licor 43, and ice. Mix very well to integrate everything.
  • Serve ice in the glass, then the carajillo, and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
