Chai Tea Frappé

Chai tea is famous for having a very spicy yet sweet flavor. With this chai tea frappé recipe, you can delight all your guests on a hot afternoon.

  • 1 cup water, boiling
  • 2 tablespoons black tea
  • 2 tablespoons spice blend, (cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, clove, pepper)
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 3 cups ice cubes

  • Once you have the boiling water ready, dissolve the black tea with the 2 tablespoons of spices. Let this mixture steep for 2 minutes.
  • Return to the heat after the time has passed and heat together with the milk and sugar until it boils. Let cool.
  • Place everything in the blender and add plenty of ice.
