1 cup water, boiling
2 tablespoons black tea
2 tablespoons spice blend, (cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, clove, pepper)
2 cups cow's milk
3 tablespoons raw sugar
3 cups ice cubes

Once you have the boiling water ready, dissolve the black tea with the 2 tablespoons of spices. Let this mixture steep for 2 minutes.
Return to the heat after the time has passed and heat together with the milk and sugar until it boils. Let cool.
Place everything in the blender and add plenty of ice.
