Ingredients: 1 cup water, boiling; 2 tablespoons black tea; 2 tablespoons spice blend, (cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, clove, pepper); 2 cups cow's milk; 3 tablespoons raw sugar; 3 cups ice cubes

Once you have the boiling water ready, dissolve the black tea with the 2 tablespoons of spices. Let this mixture steep for 2 minutes. Return to the heat after the time has passed and heat together with the milk and sugar until it boils. Let cool.
