2/3 cups brown sugar
1/2 piloncillos
2 cubes cinnamon
1 cup coffee, ground

Put 8 cups of water in a pot with the sugar, piloncillo, and cinnamon until all the sugar is dissolved.
Add the coffee to the pot, close it, and boil for 5 minutes.
Serve in jars, straining the coffee and removing the coffee grounds and cinnamon.
If desired, add a piece of fresh cinnamon for decoration to each jar.
