150 milliliters cow's milk
30 milliliters vanilla syrup

Heat the milk in the Aeroccino until you achieve a consistent foam.
In a tall recipe glass, serve vanilla syrup and add a Grand Cru ristretto Kazaar (25ml).
Mix well, add milk foam, and gently pour. To finish, add another (espresso) Kazaar Grand Cru (40ml).
Decoration: Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the milk foam and caramelize with a kitchen torch like a real crème brulée.
