4 tablespoons corn masa flour
1 stick cinnamon
100 milliliters vanilla essence
sugar, to taste

Bring the water to a boil with the cinnamon and sugar.
When it starts boiling, add the tablespoons of corn flour one by one, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Add the vanilla and stir, letting it boil for 5 more minutes before removing it from the heat.
