Oatmeal Atole

  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder

  • In a pot over medium heat, heat the milk with the cinnamon stick and sweetened condensed milk without letting it boil.
  • Blend the evaporated milk with the oats.
  • Pour the previous mixture into the hot milk, stirring continuously, and cook for 7 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
  • Serve hot and top with ground cinnamon.
