1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 egg, (this ingredient is optional)
10 walnuts
8 almonds
3 tablespoons oats
honey, to taste
cinnamon powder, to taste
2 prunes, large pitted

Place all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend at medium speed for 30 seconds.
Increase the blender speed to frappe style (high speed) for 30 seconds and it's ready. We’re done.
