Energy Banana Smoothie, ideal for when there is no time for breakfast at home. Very nutritious and complete, rich in potassium to prevent cramps. A good way to start the day.

  • 1 liter lactose-free milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 egg, (this ingredient is optional)
  • 10 walnuts
  • 8 almonds
  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • honey, to taste
  • cinnamon powder, to taste
  • 2 prunes, large pitted

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend at medium speed for 30 seconds.
  • Increase the blender speed to frappe style (high speed) for 30 seconds and it's ready. We’re done.
