cow's milk
20 milliliters caramel syrup
2 balls chocolate ice cream
1 tablespoon crushed ice

Pour the milk into the Aeroccino.
Select the cold foam function on the machine, slowly add the caramel syrup and wait until you achieve a consistent foam, then add the syrup.
Meanwhile, prepare 2 espressos (40 ml) of Grand Cru Kazaar in the shaker and add 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream.
Shake well.
Serve a tablespoon of frappé ice in a tall recipe glass and add the contents of the shaker.
Top it off with the foam.
Add a straw.
