Raspberry Mojito

The juice of the raspberry adds an exquisite flavor to this refreshing cocktail. Perfect to enjoy on a summer afternoon on the terrace.

  • 10 raspberries, fresh or 50 milliliters of puree
  • 8 leaves peppermint, previously washed
  • 1/2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon syrup, or 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 50 milliliters rum
  • sparkling water, or soda
  • 1 glass crushed ice

  • The lemon is cut in half, crosswise, and then each half is cut into 6 cubes.
  • In a cocktail glass, we add 6 to 8 lemon cubes (depending on size), the raspberries, the mint leaves, and the syrup or sugar. With a cocktail muddler, we mash the ingredients down to the bottom of the glass until they release their juices and are well mixed.
  • We add half of the crushed ice, the rum, and mix, so that the ingredients come up from the bottom and are evenly distributed throughout the glass. We add a little more ice until reaching 3/4 full and add soda or sparkling water to fill the glass.
  • Ready to enjoy!
