Ingredients: 10 raspberries, fresh or 50 milliliters of puree; 8 leaves peppermint, previously washed; 1/2 limes; 1 tablespoon syrup, or 2 teaspoons of sugar; 50 milliliters rum; sparkling water, or soda; 1 glass crushed ice

The lemon is cut in half, crosswise, and then each half is cut into 6 cubes. In a cocktail glass, we add 6 to 8 lemon cubes (depending on size), the raspberries, the mint leaves, and the syrup or sugar. With a cocktail muddler, we mash the ingredients down to the bottom of the glass until they release their juices and are well mixed.
