These breadsticks with arugula and Serrano ham are an excellent appetizer for your gatherings, with a delicious flavor of olive oil and their crunchy texture, you won't be able to eat just one.
2 tablespoons Oli de Nutrioli® extra virgin olive oil, (plus a little for brushing)
1/4 cups sesame seeds
1/4 cups black sesame seeds
1 cup arugula
15 slices serrano ham

Preheat the oven to 220°C.
In a bowl, place the flour, salt, yeast, add the water, Oli de Nutrioli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and knead for 7 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Place the dough in a bowl, covered with non-stick plastic, and let it ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Roll out the dough on a floured table with a rolling pin until it is 3mm thick, brush with Oli de Nutrioli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cut long strips of 1 cm thick with the help of a sharp knife.
Place the strips on a baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Place arugula on the breadsticks, wrap the breadsticks with Serrano ham.
Enjoy with a glass of wine.
