1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cups butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups cow's milk
1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups apricot jam
nonpareil sprinkles, whites

Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Sift the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
In a mixer, add the butter and beat until smooth.
Add the sugar and eggs one at a time until fully incorporated, add the milk, oil, and beat until completely integrated.
Gradually add the dry mixture and beat until you obtain a smooth mixture.
In a floured and greased cupcake mold, pour the preparation to 3/4 of its capacity and bake for 18 minutes, let cool and set aside.
Heat the apricot jam and coat the pancakes, then roll them in white sprinkles.
Enjoy, serve with a glass of milk.
