25 ounces active dry yeast
2.5 liquid ounces water, warm
5 liquid ounces cow's milk, hot
1 ounce sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 egg
2 ounces butter, melted
8.8 ounces flour, sifted
vegetable oil
4 Greek style yoghurt Fage® total 0% honey
cinnamon powder
sesame seeds

Mix the yeast with the warm water until dissolved.
Mix the sugar and salt with the warm milk and melted butter and beat in the egg.
Add the yeast mixture to the milk mixture and fold in the sifted flour to form a thick dough.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it sit in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until the dough rises and bubbles form underneath the surface.
Heat the oil in a pan and make balls with the dough and add them to the pan.
Turn them until golden brown.
Lift with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to remove excess fat.
Serve the balls hot.
Drizzle with honey from FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cinnamon.
Serve on a plate with FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
