Preparation
Mix the yeast with the hot water until it dissolves.
Mix the sugar and salt with the hot milk and the melted butter and beat with the egg.
Add the yeast mixture to the milk mixture and add the sifted flour in a wrap to form a thick paste.
Cover the container with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until the dough rises and bubbles below the surface.
Heat the oil in a pan and make balls with the dough and add them to the pan.
Turn them over until they are golden brown.
Lift with a colander and place on paper towels to remove excess fat.
Serve the hot balls.
Sprinkle with Yoghurt honey Greek style FAGE® Total 0% Honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cinnamon.
