Egg White Quiche

Egg White Quiche is the perfect breakfast. It's a delicious recipe of egg whites with asparagus, very easy to prepare and won't take much time to cook. It will be a hit with your family.

  • 1 1/4 cups San Juan® egg whites
  • 2 bunches green asparagus extra special
  • 20 grams butter
  • 50 milliliters cow's milk
  • 125 grams feta cheese
  • 5 grams pepper
  • 10 grams salt
  • 500 milliliters water

  • Blanch the asparagus in boiling salted water, remove and cool.
  • Whisk the egg whites with the milk. Season with salt and pepper and add the asparagus.
  • Heat the butter in a pan, add the egg white mixture and feta cheese.
  • Cook the preparation at low temperature. Once the edges are golden and the center is soft, remove from the pan and cut into slices.
