Ham Baskets Filled with Scrambled Eggs

Have eggs for breakfast in a completely different way with these ham baskets filled with scrambled eggs. This recipe is perfect for starting the day full of energy, as it is a high-protein and very nutritious breakfast, with spinach and Manchego cheese. You can make it more stable and fluffy by adding a little flour to your egg mixture and completing it with some fruit and toasted bread.

  • 1 cup spinach, in strips
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • salt

  • 1 cup deli ham, (slices)
  • cherry tomato, for decoration
  • parsley, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Mix the eggs with spinach, onion, and grated cheese; season with salt and pepper.
  • Spray the molds with cooking spray, place the ham, and pour in the egg.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Unmold, decorate with cherry tomatoes and parsley, and enjoy.
