  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cups white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups serrano chile, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 tub Herdez® roast sauce western region, 320 g
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • corn tortillas, for garnish

  • Beat the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil, cook the onion, serrano chili, and tomato lightly. Incorporate the eggs and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the Herdez® Roasted Salsa Region Occidente and cook for 5 minutes. Serve in a small dish, sprinkle with cilantro, and accompany with tortillas. Enjoy.
