Granola Cup for Breakfast

Prepare these delicious and original granola cups for breakfast. The cup is crunchy and has a rich flavor of Kellogg’s® Ancient Grains Granola; Amaranth, flaxseed, and blueberry. They are easier to make than you think. You will love them!

  • 2 cups Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; amaranth, flaxseed and blueberry
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint, washed and disinfected

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix Kellogg’s® Ancient Grains Granola; Amaranth, flaxseed, and blueberry with the melted butter, brown sugar, and honey.
  • Grease a muffin tin with a little butter and using an ice cream scoop, fill each mold with a bit of the mixture.
  • Press the mixture throughout the mold and use a glass to smooth the base of the mold. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and if necessary, use a spoon to shape it to leave space in the center for filling. Cool for 20 minutes and unmold. Place yogurt inside each cup and add the fruit.
