Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; amaranth, flaxseed and blueberry
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberry, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups blueberry
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint, washed and sanitized

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Kellogg's® Ancient Grains Granola Mix; Amaranth, flaxseed and blueberry. with melted butter, brown sugar and honey.
Grease a muffin tin with a little butter and with the help of an ice cream scoop, pour a little of the mixture into each mold.
Press the mixture throughout the mold and with the help of a glass, smooth the base of the mold. Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and if necessary, with the help of a spoon shape it so that there is space in the center to fill. Chill for 20 minutes and unmold. Place yogurt inside each glass and add the fruit.

PRESENTATION
