1/2 cups butter
1/8 teaspoons salt
1/2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon water
4 eggs, (for the filling)
1 cup whole cream, (for the filling)
1/3 cups flour, (for the filling)
200 grams Gruyère cheese, (for the filling)
1 cup deli ham, chopped, (for the filling)

Mix the flour, butter, salt, beaten egg, and add the water at the end until a smooth dough is formed (can be done in a food processor).
Roll out with a rolling pin and place in the greased tart pan. Prick the base lightly with a fork.
Put the eggs, cream, flour, salt, and pepper in the blender.
Place the gruyere cheese and the chopped ham on the dough in the pan, then add the egg mixture.
Bake at 180° for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
