Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 eggs, smoothie
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 4 eggs, (for the filling)
  • 1 cup whole milk cream, (for the filling)
  • 1/3 cups flour, (for the filling)
  • 200 grams Gruyere cheese, (for the filling)
  • 1 cup Ham, chopped, (for the filling)

Preparation

Stir the flour, butter, salt, beaten egg and put the water at the end until making a homogeneous paste (it can be done in the food processor).
Flatten with the rolling pin and put in the greased cake mold. Chop the base with a fork.
Put eggs, cream, flour, salt and pepper in the blender.
Put the Gruyere cheese and the chopped ham in the mold, add the egg mixture.
Bake at 180 ° for 35 minutes or until browned.
