Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 egg smoothie
  • 1 tablespoon of Water
  • 4 eggs (for the filling)
  • 1 Cup of whole milk cream (for the filling)
  • 1/3 of Cup of flour (for the filling)
  • 200 grams of Gruyere cheese (for the filling)
  • 1 Cup of Ham chopped, (for the filling)

    Preparation

    Stir the flour, butter, salt, beaten egg and put the water at the end until making a homogeneous paste (it can be done in the food processor).
    Flatten with the rolling pin and put in the greased cake mold. Chop the base with a fork.
    Put eggs, cream, flour, salt and pepper in the blender.
    Put the Gruyere cheese and the chopped ham in the mold, add the egg mixture.
    Bake at 180 ° for 35 minutes or until browned.
