Hazelnut Cream Filled Pancakes

For those family mornings, nothing is better than waking up to the soft and delicate aroma of freshly made pancakes. This time we bring you pancakes filled with irresistible hazelnut cream. It’s a combination you can't miss!

  • 2 cups Tres Estrellas® flour for hot cakes, 850 grams
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups hazelnut chocolate cream
  • 1 banana, sliced, for decoration

  • In a bowl, using a whisk, mix the flour with the milk, eggs, and butter until you have a lump-free batter. Set aside.
  • In a skillet over low heat, add butter, pour 1/2 ladle of the previous mixture, and add the hazelnut cream.
  • Add a little more batter just to finish covering the pancake; cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until well cooked.
  • Serve and decorate with banana.
