Hot Cakes with Blackberry

This is a delicious and easy recipe for Hot Cakes with Blackberry to prepare for breakfast and on any occasion.

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 20 grams blackberry jam

  • First, make the mixture with flour, salt, and baking powder. In a bowl, pour in the milk, beat the eggs, and add to the flour mixture while whisking.
  • Add the two teaspoons of melted butter and continue beating until the mixture is smooth.
  • Gradually add the sugar until a thick consistency is achieved. Heat a skillet and add the melted butter.
  • Pour 1/4 cup for each hot cake, cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are cooked, flip, and wait until golden brown.
  • Once they are ready, serve them on a plate and cut them out with a heart-shaped mold.
  • To finish, cut a strawberry for decoration and drizzle liquid chocolate on top, garnishing the plate.
