Burritos with Shredded Meat
Burritos are ideal for breakfast or dinner. These burritos made with shredded meat are very easy to prepare, and we recommend enjoying them with a chunky salsa.

2 flour tortillas
200 grams beef, cooked and shredded
50 grams Oaxaca cheese
1/4 cups beans
1/4 onions
40 grams tomato
Preparation

In a pan, fry the chopped onion in small cubes with a little canola oil.
Once the onion is fried, add diced tomatoes.
Incorporate the shredded meat into the pan with the tomato and onion. Season with garlic and pepper.
Add the beans.
Spread a tortilla specially made for burritos and add the mixture to the side.
Add the shreds of oaxaca cheese.
Fold into burrito shape.
Heat in a griddle. Serve.
