Burritos with Shredded Meat

Burritos are ideal for breakfast or dinner. These burritos made with shredded meat are very easy to prepare, and we recommend enjoying them with a chunky salsa.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 200 grams beef, cooked and shredded
  • 50 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1/4 cups beans
  • 1/4 onions
  • 40 grams tomato

  • In a pan, fry the chopped onion in small cubes with a little canola oil.
  • Once the onion is fried, add diced tomatoes.
  • Incorporate the shredded meat into the pan with the tomato and onion. Season with garlic and pepper.
  • Add the beans.
  • Spread a tortilla specially made for burritos and add the mixture to the side.
  • Add the shreds of oaxaca cheese.
  • Fold into burrito shape.
  • Heat in a griddle. Serve.
