  • 1 cup broccoli, in small pieces
  • 1 cup carrot, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup bell pepper, cut into strips
