500 grams beef, in fajitas
1 cup broccoli, in small pieces
1 cup carrot, cut into strips
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cups soy sauce
1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
1 cup bell pepper, cut into strips
