1 cube Knorr® beef bouillon
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 beefsteaks
1/2 onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 serrano chiles, cut into strips
2 tomatoes, seedless chopped
1/2 red bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cups water

In a pot, heat the oil and fry the steaks one by one and set them aside.
Add the remaining oil, onion, garlic, and chili to sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato and peppers, cooking them for 3 minutes.
Pour in the reserved steaks, water, and the Knorr® Beef Broth cube.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to integrate all the ingredients.
This is a very typical and delicious recipe to accompany with rice or beans.
