  • 1 cube Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 beefsteaks
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 serrano chiles, cut into strips
  • 2 tomatoes, seedless chopped
  • 1/2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cups water

  • In a pot, heat the oil and fry the steaks one by one and set them aside.
  • Add the remaining oil, onion, garlic, and chili to sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add the tomato and peppers, cooking them for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in the reserved steaks, water, and the Knorr® Beef Broth cube.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to integrate all the ingredients.
  • This is a very typical and delicious recipe to accompany with rice or beans.
