  • 1 1/2 cups bacon
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • Add the beef, pork, onion, garlic, carrot, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, bacon, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to a bowl, then mix with your hands until everything is perfectly combined. Set aside.
  • Form meatballs with your hands and press them, forming discs 1.5 cm thick and 8 cm in diameter. Place the hamburger meat on a tray and freeze for 20 minutes. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the hamburger meat for 5 minutes, then flip the meat and cook for another 5 minutes or until well cooked. Set aside.
  • Spray a little cooking spray on a griddle, heat the bread, then spread mayonnaise on the bread, place the lettuce, the meat, the cheese, the tomato, the onion, the jalapeño peppers, the mustard, the ketchup, and close with the top of the bread. Serve the hamburger with French fries.
