Sirloin Hash with Bacon

Delicious and easy sirloin hash (tenderloin) with bacon and potato.

  • 500 grams ground meat, top sirloin
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 tomato, medium
  • 1 potato, large
  • 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch parsley, dry
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion
  • pepper, to taste
  • chipotle chiles, chopped, to taste

  • Finely chop the tomato, onion, potato, and bacon.
  • In a pot that is not on the heat, spray a little oil. Add the meat, chopped tomato, potato, onion, bacon, chicken broth, parsley, cumin, chipotle to taste, and pepper. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Cover the pot and let it simmer for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally until the meat is perfectly cooked.
