In a pot that is not on the heat, spray a little oil. Add the meat, chopped tomato, potato, onion, bacon, chicken broth, parsley, cumin, chipotle to taste, and pepper. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
Cover the pot and let it simmer for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally until the meat is perfectly cooked.
