Loin Stroganoff

Delicious stroganoff-style loin recipe; a Russian preparation that is recommended to be served with pasta, bread, rice, or even French fries. It is very tasty and perfect for a dinner or meal where you want to impress everyone.

  • 4 beef tenderloins
  • 250 grams button mushrooms
  • 250 milliliters whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

  • Cut the fillets into strips of equal size, about a finger thick and 5 cm long.
  • In a pan with a little oil, sauté the meat over high heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In the same pan; add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Slice the onion into julienne and sauté it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • After this time, add the previously cleaned and sliced mushrooms to taste. Then add the white wine and cook over medium heat until the alcohol evaporates.
  • Add the cream, mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • When the sauce is thicker, add the reserved loin and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
