These meat huaraches will surprise your family with their delicious flavor, made from the dough to the meat with onion and chili. They are absolutely delicious!
In a skillet, fry the meat, add 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon, the chopped tomatoes, the sliced onion, and the diced chili. Stir until the meat is well cooked. Add a pinch of pepper and soy sauce.
In a deep bowl, add the corn flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, and water. Knead until a smooth dough is obtained. Make oval balls with the dough, flatten them, and fry in a skillet with oil. Reserve on a plate with paper towels to remove excess grease.
Add a bit of the meat mixture to each huarache, sprinkle with lettuce, chopped onion, cilantro, cream, and cheese.
Serve immediately.
