Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Knorr® beef bouillon; 500 grams beef, in pieces; 2 tomatillos, chopped; 1/2 onions, sliced; 1 chile, diced; 1/2 teaspoons soy; pepper, to taste; 2 cups corn masa flour; 1/2 cups water; 1/2 cups lettuce; 1/2 cups sour cream; 1/2 cups queso fresco, grated; 1/4 cups onion, chopped; 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, diced

In a skillet, fry the meat, add 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon, the chopped tomatoes, the sliced onion, and the diced chili. Stir until the meat is well cooked. Add a pinch of pepper and soy sauce. In a deep bowl, add the corn flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, and water. Knead until a smooth dough is obtained. Make oval balls with the dough, flatten them, and fry in a skillet with oil. Reserve on a plate with paper towels to remove excess grease.
