2 beef tenderloins, 200 g each
salt, to taste
1/4 cups toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cups black sesame seeds, toasted
1 olive oil

Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
On a flat plate, mix the white sesame seeds with the black ones and coat the fillets in them to ensure they are well covered.
Heat the oil in a pan, seal the meat and cook on both sides until it reaches the desired doneness.
