Sesame-Covered Fillet

This recipe is a blend of traditional Mexican cuisine with a touch of what is the new Mexican cooking. It’s a great recipe for a main dish. You have to try it.

  • 2 beef tenderloins, 200 g each
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cups toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cups black sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 olive oil

  • Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  • On a flat plate, mix the white sesame seeds with the black ones and coat the fillets in them to ensure they are well covered.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, seal the meat and cook on both sides until it reaches the desired doneness.
